I began volunteering with TPLD (Teaching, A Path to Learning and Development) in Spring 2022. I was assigned as the team lead for the Intro to Project Management module within the larger BootCamp for teachers transitioning to L&D. The BootCamp is a big group separated into teams, with each team further divided into flows. I worked with another prospective Instructional Designer on this module.

As the team lead for the Intro to Project Management module of the TPLD BootCamp, I was responsible for leading the design process. I collaborated with my team member, stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather the necessary information and ensure the course was aligned with the target audience's needs and objectives. I took an active role in video editing and development and worked closely with the lead instructional designer for feedback and suggestions to improve the project. The final outcome was the result of collective efforts and I am proud of the team's accomplishment.

I utilized Articulate Storyline to develop and edit the course, incorporating interactive elements to keep the learners engaged. My team member was instrumental in organizing the information gathered from the subject matter experts and scripting the videos.
Throughout the development process, we regularly received feedback and suggestions from our lead instructional designer. Using an agile methodology, we were able to quickly iterate and make changes to the project as needed. This allowed us to continuously improve and deliver a high-quality final product.
I am proud of the collective efforts of the team and the final outcome of the Intro to Project Management module. Using Articulate Storyline and an agile methodology allowed us to efficiently create a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for our target audience.
